Booking & Payment

Choose an event, select a seat, fill in your name, phone number and email, then complete the payment. Your ticket will be sent to your email.
Your reservation will be held for 10 minutes. If payment is not completed, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other supported cards via Stripe. All transactions are SSL secured. We do not store card details.

Returns & Refunds

No. All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges if you are unable to attend. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, refund or exchange options, if any, will be determined solely by the event organizer. Please follow the organizer's official announcements for updates.

Account

Log in to your account and open the “My Tickets” section. Tickets are also sent to your email address.
